Welcome!

I am glad you chose to visit! My blog is a compilation of the many hats I find myself wearing. On any given day I may be an encourager, an instructor, or just a lady who is venting. You, dear reader, will probably identify with my triumphs and my tribulations! These snapshots fit into my Life Scrapbook I have named A. McInnis Artworks. I hope you will find something worth your while.

The Winner Is......

First, I'd like to say thank you for following my blog. I would love to be able to make a pumpkin to give to every single one of you who "follow"! Your encouragement inspires me and your comments make me laugh out loud. My art is something I take much joy in and hope that you like it, too. So without further ado, the first Mixed Media art giveaway goes to...(drum roll please) Scott Dennis!!! (Please, Email me your address, Scott, so I can mail you your art.)

I will do this the end of November for a Christmas piece of art. You are all back in the running!

Wow! I've been thinking about this all day, but this was the first chance I got to check. I'm honored to be the first winner. Thanks so much. It will be treasured!

This was so much fun for me. I'm going to start on the Christmas give away "right away"! My aim here is two fold, one: to say thank you and two: to introduce my art to the public. One day (in the not so distant future) I hope to supplement my retirement with my art. Is that a dream? Maybe, but one I am going to follow anyway. Carpe diem and such.
